2016 in my opinion , or better based on my personal music taste , has been so far not a very good year (2015 was definitely more steps  higher) but I can try to sum up Albums/EPs that I liked in particular , is not a chart only a list in random order and some albums were published in 2015 but  they entered in my IPod Heavy Rotation this year:
